It is one of the most beautiful wedding venues near Raleigh.

Located in Lillington, NC, about an hour outside of Raleigh, this is the kind of venue that looks absolutely stunning on its own but gives you all the room in the world to layer in your own personality, florals, and details, making it feel completely and uniquely yours. As someone who is deeply drawn to natural beauty and venues that let the surroundings do some of the heavy lifting, photographing a wedding here felt like a dream.

A Ceremony Space Inspired by European Courtyards

One of the first things you’ll notice at Arrows Farm is the gorgeous outdoor courtyard designed to feel like an intimate European garden. It’s surrounded by tall trees, lush greenery, and whimsical garden corners.

And because the courtyard is a clean, neutral backdrop, your florals get to shine! For this shoot, the floral design was whimsical, textured, and so much fun to photograph. The arrangements added this dreamlike touch to the courtyard, creating the perfect balance of editorial beauty and natural charm.

With room for up to 200 guests outdoors, the courtyard works well for everything from intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations.

The Greenhouse Wedding Reception Space at Arrows Farm

The reception space at Arrows Farm is what truly sets this venue apart. The reception space is a beautifully light-filled greenhouse. Soft, natural light filtering through glass, greenery all around, and this whimsical, garden-party energy that’s elevated and intimate all at once.

It’s the perfect canvas for any wedding style. I love venues that don’t need heavy décor to look beautiful, but allow your details to stand out in a meaningful way. 

One thing to keep in mind is that the greenhouse serves as the primary indoor rain backup space. So if you’re planning a larger outdoor wedding, it’s worth keeping that 130-person indoor capacity in mind when building your guest list. For a comfortable experience no matter the weather, I’d suggest keeping indoor plans in mind from the start. It is better to be prepared and relaxed than scrambling on your wedding day! But if you hire a wedding planner, they should handle all these logistics for you.

Elegant Cocktail Hour Details

The cocktail hour setup here is just as inviting as the ceremony and reception spaces. With cozy lounge seating, an elegant beverage cart, and garden views in every direction, your guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while still feeling part of a refined, thoughtfully curated day.

Portrait Opportunities That Are Anything But Ordinary

One of the things that makes Arrows Farm truly unique is the surrounding property. Beyond the ceremony and reception spaces, there are gorgeous garden areas, lush greenery, and (my personal favorite) the opportunity for portraits with horses. 

As someone who gravitates toward natural, documentary-style photography, having that kind of beauty all around makes wedding portraits feel effortless and editorial at the same time.

The Greenhouse at Arrows Farm is a beautiful fit for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The venue can accommodate up to 130 guests indoors and up to 200 outdoors.

Pricing at Arrows Farm varies depending on the package and season, starting around $5,000 for winter micro weddings and going up to full wedding weekend packages at $20,000.
